These five principles are considered the bedrock and foundation of Tai Chi practice. There are many lineages of Tai Chi now in the U.S. and around the world, and many masters, but these Five Principles remain uniform to all practices and forms. They were first introduced to the West by Professor Cheng Man-ch'ing.

To experience the benefits of these Five Principles come to class and practice regularly.
